A quick manufacture of the necessary profile tools in our in-house workshop is an important production benchmark for us. Up to now, grinding and sharpening of those tools has been made manually. Our investment in a new CNC operated WEINIG grinding and sharpening machine now allows us to prepare the needed profile tools in a short time. The tools can now be grinded and sharpened CNC-based by means of the drawing data.

We have just invested in a new moulder for our product area solid-wood / coated profiles:
You can see our new moulding machine “Powermat 700” in the video. This CNC operated machine with its innovative operating concept profiles the mouldings in only a few working steps. So the Powermat is perfectly adopted to nowadays’ market demands and sets new standards in quadrilateral processing. ?
