Finished furniture elements form the youngest product range in our portfolio.

In 2014, we started adopting our machinery and standardizing involved production processes. The range of elements is manifold.

Production

Our machinery for finished furniture parts includes

a surface lamination machine
a machining centre
an edgebanding machine

We manufacture volume components in small and medium quantities as well as small batches starting with 1 piece for just-in-time deliveries. These may be components as e.g. lightweight boards in different versions as well as flat wooden composites with foil lamination. We offer those in fixed dimensions, as well as formatted furniture components including edgebanding.

If desired, components can be packed separately; individual labels are generated automatically.

As part of our range of finishing options, we can mount fittings or add fitting bags and/or assembly instructions.

We use individually selected wooden composite boards and – for edgebanding – ABS and PP thick edges as well as melamine thin edges.
