Company foundation in Rietberg-Varensell on a plant size of 200m²; beginning of the production of solid wood profiles for the furniture and doors industries.

Transfer of the production of solid wood profiles to Verl after establishing a new production hall of 1,000 m² size. At the same time, start of production of surfaces at Varensell; expansion of space one year later.

Transfer of surface production from Varensell to Verl by expansion of existing production area by 1,100qm; two years later new building of an office block.

Start of production of coated profiles.

Foundation of a subsidiary in Western Ukraine for the production of sawn timber and glued laminated timber.

Moving of glued laminated timber to a new production hall of 2,300qm size.

Construction of a warehouse of 4,000qm size for raw materials.

Conversion of 2,000qm storage space for fresh timber into storage space for kiln-dried wood.

Construction of a photovoltaic system on a roof surface of 4000 qm
